2.Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by Pro1Air & Construction are based on the information available at the time of the request. Final costs may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, labor requirements, and unforeseen circumstances.

3.Payment Terms

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24–48 hours in advance. Pro1Air reserves the right to charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee for late notifications.
5.Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing access to work areas and required utilities (electricity, water, etc.)
- Ensuring pets or obstacles do not interfere with the work
- Securing valuable or fragile items in the work area
- Providing accurate information about the property, systems, or prior work
6.Licensing & Third-Party Services
Pro1Air & Construction is licensed for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction work where applicable.
For services requiring specialized licenses we do not hold (e.g., septic system installations), we coordinate with licensed third-party professionals. Customers acknowledge that such services are performed by these licensed third-party providers, and Pro1Air acts as the project coordinator.
7.Warranty & Liability
Pro1Air & Construction guarantees workmanship for [insert warranty period, e.g., 1 year] from the date of completion, provided services are used normally and maintained properly.
Manufacturer warranties for installed equipment or materials are separate and provided by the manufacturer.

10.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro1Air & Construction shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, income, or property, arising from the use of our services.
11.Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Kern County, California.
